Bio: Eaden Project Strength and Conditioning focuses on making the body more powerful than imagined, utilising group training sessions for motivation also providing a 360 degree insight on fitness. We offer innovative workouts to suit your personal goals. We work in groups with like minded people to help strive to our end projections and keep us motivated throughout our project. We cater to a 360 degree of fitness from the average joe to the next superstar.

    Hey i am just wondering about prices and times you are open? Do you only run classes or can you use the gear between certain hours? Cheers James.

    How much does membership cost?

    • All Memberships include:

      -Personal Trainer: Every class has an instructor that will run you through and show you exactly what your doing.

      -Nutrition Program: What to eat, when to eat and how it should be cooked.

      -Community Support: Access to our private page where information on nutrition, movements and to elaborate on what happens in class.

      -InFlux Software: online progress tracker

      -Supplement Discounts: 20% off NuZest Products

      -Individualised Nutritional Plan: free week at the Kilo Project

      Individual Membership

      Unlimited Strength & Conditioning Classes including an ‘Open Gym’ option – $40per week

      3x Strength & Conditioning Classes including an ‘Open Gym’ option- $35 per week

      2x Strength & Conditioning Classes including an ‘Open Gym’ option- $30 per week

      Terms & Conditions

      – 60 day termination notice applies.

      – Changing between memberships occurs a $25 fee and can only be switched once a month.

      – One time $50 Fee for InFlux

      Student Membership

      Unlimited Strength & Conditioning Classes including an ‘Open Gym’ option- $30 per week

      Terms & Conditions

      – Only applies between February 1st & November 29th

      – Membership is fixed from when you join till November 29th

      – After November 29th a 60 day termination notice applies

      – Student enrolment confirmation is mandatory

      – One time $50 Fee for InFlux

      Jr.Ep (U15)

      2x Strength & Conditioning Classes – $25 per week

      Terms & Conditions

      – 42 day termination notice applies (6 week minimum course)

      – No sign up fee
