Chicken and vegetable coleslaw

This one is an absolute favourite for a lunchtime feed! It’s super easy and healthy!

1 cup coleslaw
1/2 cup of chicken
1/4 cup of red peppers
1/4 cup of cucumbers
Handful of pumpkin seeds
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp of lite cottage cheese
Dash of hot sauce

Mix all together and enjoy!!
