The Double Down

These folks are amazing, Get it down ya!

Paleo Double Down
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
4 large chicken breasts
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon dill
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt

(of course the ingredients above are optional but they are worth it!!)

12 pieces bacon
1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
4 tablespoons of Best Foods Mayonnaise

1. Fillet each chicken breast.  Pour the olive oil in a large frying pan and heat it to high heat. Season the chicken fillets with dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt. Cook each fillet 4-6 minutes per side.

2. Fry the bacon until crisp. Prepare the chipotle mayonnaise. Blot any excess moisture off the chicken with a paper towel. Spread a tablespoon of  the mayo on a chicken breast. Top with bacon, tomato, onion, and lettuce. Then sandwich it with a with a second chicken fillet.

Serve immediately.
