Protein Nut Clusters

These super simple Nut clusters are made with only 4 ingredients – raw cashews, raw almonds, pumpkin seeds and honey! A great treat if your on the go!

Instructions:

1. Sprinkle a few generous handfuls of these nuts and seeds onto a frying pan on low heat, and toast until they golden.
2. Melt 1 tbsp. of honey into the pan and stir into the nut/seed mixture.
3. Once mixed, pour onto a plate lined with baking paper and set in the fridge. I suggest moulding the mixture into smaller sized portions.
